In California, the state has experienced the worst mental health outbreak in decades.

At least 9,000 people have been hospitalized since January of this year, with more than 2,000 in intensive care, and more than 50% of the state’s total population of around 6 million is in need of psychiatric care.

The state is already under immense pressure to find ways to help Californians deal with the epidemic.

While President Trump and the Republicans in Congress are calling for cuts in the budget, the California State Assembly has voted to expand Medicaid and to give mental health workers more money.

The government is also trying to put in place some reforms that will help California in its fight against the pandemic.

California has been forced to cut $2 billion from its emergency response budget and is now spending more money on research and treatment.

However, there is still much to do.

The crisis has forced many Californians to take time off from their jobs, particularly at the state level.

Many have also been unable to find care because of the economic uncertainty caused by the pandemics.

“People don’t want to lose their jobs or get pushed out of their homes,” said Dr. Daniel Gershenfeld, a professor of psychiatry at the University of California at San Francisco.

In a series of interviews with Al Jazeera, mental health advocates have described the state as a ticking time bomb, and urged the state to act quickly.””

If we don’t make it easier for people to get care, then they are going to have more of a problem and we are going have a crisis.”

In a series of interviews with Al Jazeera, mental health advocates have described the state as a ticking time bomb, and urged the state to act quickly.

“We know that there is no easy solution for the mental health and mental health care crisis,” said Maria Rodriguez, executive director of the California Association of Health Care Professionals.

“The mental health community is going to need to get together and work together to find solutions.

There needs to be a plan for the long-term recovery of people.”

She said there is not a plan at all to deal with a pandemic and the crisis is going on for years.

“I don’t think there is any magic bullet for the crisis,” she said.

They will be homeless. “

People will die.

They will be homeless.

They’ll be in prison.

They’re going to be on the street.

It will take a lot of work to find the right solution.”

But mental health experts and advocates say there are other ways the state can help.

They also point out that mental health is a complex issue, with different groups coping differently and at different rates.

“The whole idea of mental health comes from the notion that you can’t get a good diagnosis without a good mental health history,” said Daniel Goetz, an associate professor at San Diego State University.

“And I think we are seeing that it’s a big misconception.”

He said that mental illness is not limited to one demographic.

“One of the big questions is: what are people experiencing?

And what are their symptoms?” said Goetz.

“We can’t really tell from the statistics.

So it’s not that they don’t get treatment. “

What we can tell is that people who have a history of mental illness are less likely to take medication.

So it’s not that they don’t get treatment.

They just don’t see a therapist or see a psychiatrist.”

In order to better understand what is causing this crisis, the experts said the state needs to provide more data and better data collection.

Dr. Gershfeld and Dr. Rodriguez have also suggested that the state should provide more money to the state mental hospitals, which are responsible for providing mental health services to the entire state.

Dr Goetz said the US is only beginning to catch up with the challenges in terms of mental healthcare in the US.

“There are some countries that have done a good job with mental health issues,” he said.

“I think that’s one of the ways that we can get ahead of the game in the United States, because we need to make sure that the American system is not left behind.”

But Dr. Gervais said that it is important that Californians are able to get the mental healthcare they need.

“Mental health needs to come first,” he added.

“It’s really important that people know that they have other options, and that they’re not stuck with a hospital bed.”

“The mental healthcare system is really important,” he continued.

“Because we have an epidemic of this kind, we need this kind of support.

And we need a system that’s working. “
