article In Denver, which has the third highest rate of mental illness in the nation, there are a few notable differences between Denver and other cities.

While Denver is home to the state’s largest city, the rest of the state has the lowest rate of people with mental illness.

And while the number of people receiving treatment for mental illness dropped from 9,902 in 2016 to 7,037 in 2017, the number getting help in Denver dropped from 10,878 in 2016, to 7 (!) in 2017.

The city of Denver also has the largest homeless population in the country.

A 2017 report from the homeless advocacy organization Beyond Crisis found that Denver was the largest city in the state with the most people living on the streets.

But the homelessness rate is actually lower in Denver than it is nationwide.

According to a study conducted by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, Denver has a homeless population that is the fifth highest nationwide.

In the past decade, the homeless population has increased by 6.7 percent in Denver, from 2,564 to 3,611.

That’s a 33.5 percent increase.

The problem in Denver is not limited to homeless people.

It’s also higher than anywhere else in the city.

According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Denver’s homeless population includes a disproportionately large number of veterans and people who are currently incarcerated.

And even if you’re not homeless, the numbers are still higher in Denver.

According, Denver was ranked number six for homeless people in 2016 by the US Census Bureau, behind only Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco.

While this is a pretty impressive number of homeless people, it’s also a lot of people who live in homeless shelters.

It can be hard to know how many of those people are actually homeless.

And in 2017 the city also saw a large increase in the number receiving emergency shelter assistance from the state of Colorado, from 675 to 1,895.

As a result, the Denver Police Department and the city of Boulder saw a huge increase in calls for help in 2017 from homeless people seeking emergency shelter.

As a result of the increase in homelessness, the city’s population of homeless grew by 9.9 percent between 2015 and 2017.

But when you consider the fact that Denver has one of the largest prison populations in the entire country, it seems that the city is also struggling with a growing prison population.

According a recent study conducted in Denver by the American Civil Liberties Union, the police department’s use of force against people with the mentally ill increased by 70 percent in the past five years.

This is especially true in the wake of the 2016 shooting deaths of two people who were found to be suffering from severe mental illness and schizophrenia.

In 2017, more than half of the people arrested for being homeless or mentally ill were being charged with a crime related to mental illness, which means that police in Denver are far more likely to use force against homeless people than other people.

In addition, the federal government’s Bureau of Justice Statistics reports that in 2017 there were more than 13,000 arrests of people for being mentally ill, with nearly 50 percent of those arrested being homeless.

While the majority of these people are not homeless or in jail, they are living in temporary or emergency housing and are often facing severe health challenges.

According Denver police Chief Robert White, the department is working to prevent the spread of mental health issues in the community.

White told VICE News that the department focuses on two key areas: mental health awareness and mental health education.

According the Denver Post, Denver is in the middle of an initiative to reduce the homeless problem.

As part of this initiative, Denver police are holding public workshops on how to recognize homeless people and how to prevent them from harming themselves and others.

According the Denver Evening News, Denver will host a homeless awareness week beginning on July 13.

The day before this week’s workshop, White announced that the City of Denver would be hosting a homeless summit on July 18, which will be hosted by the Denver Chamber of Commerce and the Denver Community Council.

The summit will focus on issues such as homelessness and mental illness that have plagued the city in recent years, such as the increasing number of violent crimes and the high rate of homelessness.

In an interview with VICE News, White said the goal is to create a space for homeless and mentally ill people to have a voice and be heard.

“I think we need to be a city that embraces people who have a mental illness,” White said.

“We need to start being more accepting, and that means we need people who want to work, have families and go to the gym.

I think we’ve got a great chance of that happening.

We’ve got to have that conversation, and I think that’s where we need more people to start coming to the table.”
